Would you like to help run one of the only radical journals currently being published in Australia, and the only one decidated to grassroots community development and social change through direct action? We are a volunteer-run organization and we are always looking for new additions to our ranks. Volunteering with New Community is a good way to find out and get involved in all kinds of social change networks across Australia, as well as acquire experience in publishing, editing, marketing, web development. We encourage our volunteers to get involved in all aspects of publishing the journal, and take significant ownership of its content and shape, and we treat our people well; come find out what democracy and community in a working environment can look like!
